XYZ Building, Spinningfields
The XYZ Building is to be built in the centre of Spinningfields, situated at the heart of the Manchester central business district. It will be located 400 metres from Salford Train Station and benefits from easy access to buses, rail, and the tram system. In 2016, Network Rail’s “Ordsal Chord” project will link Piccadilly to Victoria, placing the XYZ Building directly in the middle of an enviable public transport network.
